Two weeks ago, I showed you a blue dish that I had on my dresser. This week, I'm showing its companion piece. This container has a lid, which allows me to hide the contents. Want to peek inside?
Okay, just for you, I'll take off the cover. I keep safety pins in this piece! Dry cleaners seem to use a good many safety pins, and I just can't see throwing perfectly good things away. This keeps them handy.

Just yesterday...my hubby and I were wrapping burlap around our Hydrangea bushes...he said "go grab a safety pin" I said..."are you nuts we don't have any safety pins lying around"...now I know why....YOU HAVE THEM ALL! lol I like the blue dish...and it's a good thing it has a lid or people would think you're a horder!

We all need places to store stuff like safety pins. Putting them in something pretty and blue is perfect.

ReplyDeleteI hated to miss Blue Monday. I even had something planned. I've been fighting a cold since the weekend, and after just a little while at the computer I was zonked and went back to bed. Am better today though an irritating scratchy throat remains.
