Two weeks ago, I showed you a blue dish that I had on my dresser. This week, I'm showing its companion piece. This container has a lid, which allows me to hide the contents. Want to peek inside?
Okay, just for you, I'll take off the cover. I keep safety pins in this piece! Dry cleaners seem to use a good many safety pins, and I just can't see throwing perfectly good things away. This keeps them handy.

The bowl with lid is a rich color. That's great that it's useful for you too! Have a wonderful week Sally!
ReplyDeleteNot what I would have expected to find, but it's a good use for it. I love glass in that shade of blue.
ReplyDeleteI went for something a little softer than that for this week. There's still glass involved though.
Blue Monday #7: Moon Jellies
The bowl almost looks like an oyster - I thought there might be a big huge blue pearl inside! :)

ReplyDeleteI hated to miss Blue Monday. I even had something planned. I've been fighting a cold since the weekend, and after just a little while at the computer I was zonked and went back to bed. Am better today though an irritating scratchy throat remains.
Ahhhhh...blue!
ReplyDeleteLove it.
