Folks, I'm most definitely "losing it!" I had the following picture all set to use for the Blue Monday BEFORE Thanksgiving--in other words, last Monday, but I forgot all about it!
I purchased the set a couple of years ago. Aren't they sweet? They have been in my Family Room; you can see "my husband's TV" right behind them. To the left is my problem blue chair that rolls. (I never got a workable solution for that!)
My pilgrims have now been packed up and put away for next autumn, and I've begun to decorate for Christmas. Please remember to leave me a comment. I am comment-addicted!

Hi, Sally!
ReplyDeleteI like your blue pilgrims. They are wonderful, and I like your blue chair which looks very comfortable (even though you say it rolls). :-)
I'm so excited that this is the first day of December, and we are on the countdown to the Lord's birthday! I love Christmas which is my favorite holiday next to Easter. I also love blue which is why I'm loving your blog. Are those sea waves?
I guess I'm the first one to the party, but I'm here with bells on!
Thanks for hosting.
XO,
Sheila... I've got you on my blogroll and Blue Monday on my sidebar so I can find my way home in case someone eats the birdseed I left along the trail!
Silly Sally. That is a funny story about your Pilgrim set! They are really cute couple. Hope they are happy in the box for the next 12 months!
ReplyDeleteKathy b
Love your pilgrims! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute couple. Umm, I can't see Mr. Linky?
ReplyDeleteYour pilgrims are so sweet and serene! A delicate, sacred sense of blue!
ReplyDeleteI love your pilgrams, unusual to find blue ones. I hope I did everything right for linking to your Blue Monday. Have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Chris
How beautiful these are, Sally.
ReplyDeleteLike you, I have several things all ready to post and sometimes, I, too forget! Well...I'm glad you remembered to post these to share with us.
I adore your new header!!
love, bj
They really are very nice! I'm sure they were a lovely addition to your decorations this year. :) I would love to find some like that. I'm ready for some more "grown up" decorations.
ReplyDeletetake care,
Dawn
Hello Sally, Love your pilgrims. So sweet in blue. A rolling chair can be fun!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Jeanne
Must have been rich pilgrims to be able to afford blue dye! LOL At least they're not in all black; they mostly wore purple, yellow, green, red; dyes they got from nature.
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame you have to put them away till next year! I'd just stick some tinsel on them and keep them around a little longer. They're such a nice couple.
ReplyDeleteDoncha just hate it when that happens? I've got most of my posts scheduled for the rest of the year already, so I'm betting there's a lot of this in my immediate future.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a holiday theme this week, but it's blue.
Blue Monday #10: Signs, Signs, Everywhere Signs
Oh, and I somehow linked my Monochrome Monday on your Mr. Linky. Not sure how that happens, probably a cookie left over from the last Mr. Linky I visited.
The blue pilgrims are really nice. My Thanksgiving decorations are very limited. Happy Blue Monday.
ReplyDeleteSweetie
The Pilgrim figurines are so precious. Must look around to get a pair for my home. Possibly on E-Bay. Can you take the wheels off your blue chair?
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Sallyness! Oh, the pilgrims are so cute! I'm sure you enjoyed them to the blueness max this Thanksgiving. I hope you had a wonderful day with your family! I've got my blueness up and running and I'm so happy I could add to your addiction! ;)
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
I love your pilgrims. I think I would be very reluctant to put them away.
ReplyDeleteHappy Blue Monday and thanks for hosting it.
Charlotte
I love the blue pilgrims. I would probably put them on my side table that I use often for photoscapes. They would look so pretty there. I'm wishing I had some blue pilgrims. I have two Blue Mondays this time. One on each blog. Happy Blue Monday!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Sally, I just love your pilgrims. So pretty. I hope you have a great day. We are off to the Doc's so I will be doing my post later.
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting me know I missed linking you on my blog. I was getting sleepy as I was preparing the posts last night. That would explain why I forgot that part. I fixed it.
ReplyDeleteI love the blue in the Pilgrim's clothing mixed in with the autumn colors.
ReplyDeleteYour pilgrims are great and perfect for the season! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHi Sal! Love the pilgrims! I may not get around to commenting today on everyone's blogs as I have to go into town today, hopefully later or thru the week! Whew, three trips to town for me three days in row this week! That's enough to make me blue! hee hee Happy Blue Monday!
ReplyDeleteHi Sally,
ReplyDeleteYour pilgrims are cute! Like that color of blue on the lady's dress. My Blue Monday is posted. You can see it here:

Love the blue pilgrims! Um, I think I’m losing it sometimes too…lol. Sometimes I think I just take on too much, but when I get things accomplished it makes me feel better than doing nothing at all….Happy Blue Monday!

G'day from Australia. I came here from Mojo. Yep, I'm sure I've got a few pictures that fit the bill ....
ReplyDeletethese are adorable!!! Happy Blue Monday!!!
ReplyDeleteI really like your pilgrims. You are not losing it. We all do posts and forget to publish them. I'm not telling how many times that has happened to me.
ReplyDeleteHi Sally, It has taken me all day to download pictures for my blue post, but I am finally done! LOL! I didn't add the blue bird pic, sorry! Everytime I try to add something else, it throws the whole format of the post off. It's been one of those days! LOL! But I did add the link at the bottom to your blog!
ReplyDeleteLove your blue pilgrims! They are beautiful! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! :) ~Rhonda
Great "leftover" pilgrim post. They are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI love your new header for the Christmas season.
I think I commented on your pilgrims once before. I found me some before Thanksgiving, but they are not near as pretty as yours. Sally
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pilgrims Sally... I hope they have a safe rest until we see them maybe again next year... Have a wonderful night...

ReplyDeleteIn case you have not read "Coloradolady"'s comments today, be assured the little Christmas tree is and has always been blue.
ReplyDeleteI was just able to put up my post for today.
ReplyDeleteCarrie
They are so cute, Sally. Thanks for all your comments. I see it rewards you with plenty of them. :o) By the way, though I know you dislike it, I did reply to one of you comments on my post.
ReplyDeleteHi Sally--thanks for visiting today. I'm glad you got a kick out of Wanda--she's given us a lot of laughs in the last year.
