You know, I never really thought about how the innkeeper threw away the opportunity of a lifetime! I hope I never do anything that foolish! Happy Sunday, Bridget
Good Morning Sally Thank you for sharing the video and the Innkeeper DID miss his opportunity! I hope you are having a nice Sunday...this last one before Christmas. Hard to imagine we have only a few more days. Did this festive time come quickly for you? I find it just happened and I'm enjoying it so much for that. Have a great day.
Sally this was great.... Could you email me the video... I want to send it to my daughter... She would get such a big kick out of that...Thanks for posting it.. I loved it!
Cute cartoon. I always start smiling before I see your post. I know it will make me smile so I might as well go ahead and start smiling. The link you put on Spiritual Sundays takes you to your Tuesday post. If you want to enter a new link I'll delete the first one. Have a blessed Christmas. Charlotte
Hi Sally, Great post! I believe that Innkeeper lost out on a great blessing. But then again, as the scripture says, our Lord was meant to be born in a humble place. He wanted to identify with us, and so He has in all the ways that count. Praise Him!
Hi Sally, I didn't fall asleep in Church today it was so wonderful. We were in church from 10:00 am until almost 1:00pm. Children's play, the youth group drama presentation and then a wonderful service. Lol. I have to say this is a first. Then to lunch in town a little shopping and home just now. Now, I need a nap.
Thank you for your comment on the nativity. I like your joke and the U-tube thing was very enjoyable. A good message too.
Afternoon, Sweet Smiling One! Cute cartoon and I agree with others on this, I didn't even think that the inn keeper really missed an opportunity! I certainly don't want to miss God! I want to calm down and be still so I can hear Him speaking to me. Now that video! Awesome! If we could have those stethoscopes in church (probably all wouldn't being singing the Hallelujah Chorus, but most would) - we could say 1 - 2 - 3- go~ and we'd make some beautiful music to God! I loved that! Have a beautiful, blessed Christmas Sally! Be a sweetie, Shelia ;)
Hmm, this is thought-provoking...the innkeeper was not aware of Who he could have sheltered inside his dwelling, rather than with the animals in the stable.
