ReplyDeleteI need to get some signs of spring going around here. We're in the middle of a big snowstorm tonight. I'm so glad on days like this that I don't have to get up and shovel and go to work. I'll have tea and muffins and watch it come down!

We have snow on the ground, and they have declared a severe weather day where I work. I will be home today - yeah!!!

ReplyDeleteMorning, Most Smiling One! Oh, what gorgeous tulips - these are some of my favorite flowers. Our daughter was married in the month of June and she took after me and loved tulips so much. She wanted them for her bridal bouquet! Well, in the heat of Austin, Tx, in June, not too many tulips! But the lady at the florist ordered some and they were yellow and just so pretty! I love your little vignette.

Your right Sally when we lived in Vancouver, tulips were the sign. We used to go to La Conner, in Wash. State. They had acres upon acres of red, yellow, pink tulips. I will have to post a picture of them for Foto Friday.

ReplyDeleteSally, why are your tulips perky and standing upright? My stems always curve and the the arrangement looks droopy. The flowers look fresh but the stems go "droop".
