Today's the Day

There's not too much to laugh about with taxes, but I scrounged about and found a couple of chuckles for you.

"That reminds me, did you file our tax return?"

My birdies from the T store are flitting about the house today. They're telling me that they want some time on this blog later tonight.

  1. Hi Sally!
Thankfully, we got our taxes done before we left on our trip. We certainly didn't want that hanging over our heads while we were away! That would not have been fun!

Love your comics...they always put a smile on my face!

  4. Morning, Most Smiling One! Woo Hoo, Mr. Precious takes care of our little taxes way early and we don't even think about this day!

I'll be waiting to see what your birdies are up to tonight!
    Be a sweetie,

  5. Good morning Sally, one of these days I will visit you first. My cousin Marilyn is here and between her visit and three days a week of therapy, it doesn't leave much time for commenting. Therapy is three hours a crack including there and back. I really need it though.

You did come up with some good cartoons. I enjoyed them. Tax day to me is always a reminder that that is the day my mom passed away. I still miss her after 25 years.

I wonder what your birdies will be up to. Have a happy day.

    Hugs...Jeanne

  9. I knew I could rely on you for a smile today. I actually came searching for it. It was a sad day that I found out my tax man died. No joke. I have an appointment with a a new person...named Sally (also no joke) at 7:00, she is taking over all of my late tax mans clients. The paper work is ready and I am hoping it all goes well. Needed a smile and knew you would supply one. Blessings to you Sally.
