Pink Saturday - How Sweet It Is

Beverly at How Sweet the Sound hosts Pink Saturday. Pause at her Place to see Plenty of other Pretty Pink items that Precious Pink Participating People are Presenting for your Pleasure.

Remember Jackie Gleason and The Honeymooners? He made the phrase, "How Sweet It Is" famous. However, today I'm thinking about my sweetner, Sweet n Low.

Do you sweeten your coffee? With what?

See you for Blue Monday

  1. Yes, I sweeten my coffee. I use plain ole fashioned white sugar. I know. It's bad. I use it.

  4. Very pink! :-)

    I don't use sugar in my coffee any more. I had to stop when I had gestational diabetes with one pregnancy and didn't want to use the artificial stuff while pregnant. I figured once I got used to it I might as well keep up not using it. If only I could have done that with the rest of my sugar addiction!!

  5. I take my coffee black. Started drinking the 'Texas tea' when I entered marriage...always a pot going at the in-laws house.
    Makes life much easier and I figure a second slice of cake will even the score:-}

  11. My husband thinks I am weird. I drink my coffee black in the morning and then use cream and reg. sugar in the evening. I need the kick start of black coffee in the morning and at night I think of it as dessert. Cute post. Hugs, Marty

  12. I use old-fashioned sugar! When I am out with my niece and nephews and ask them to pass the sugar, they pass the sweetener because they don't know there's a difference!

  26. Ah yes, the little pink packet. I've started to prefer Splenda, though, recently.

    I don't sweeten my coffee, and my husband does. So if I take his cup by mistake, it always surprises me!

    Have a SWEET Pink Saturday.

  30. I don't drink coffee anymore, but when I did, it was those flavored creamers that I loved. Especially the Irish Cream. In fact, that's part of why I stopped. It ended up being 1/2 cream & 1/2 coffee!

  31. I prefer the pink but my neurologist says no to all of them so I watch myself carefully. I gave up soda on Dec. 20th (diet soda) and have not had one in 4 months. I have to say I have less headaches and I now sleep like a baby. Of course it is like giving up smoking so I have gained 5 pounds because I can't stop eating. I am always looking for the magic diet short of having my mouth sewn shut for a month:)
