A Winter Cloche Party!

Marty from A Stroll Thru Life is hosting a Winter Cloche Party, and I am ready to attend!

This has been a hard winter for most of the country, and we've had our share of cold temperatures down here in the Sunshine State.

You might remember the pretty plant I purchased to cheer up the outside of our rental. I moved it to our new house and put it on the back porch. This is an old picture of it.

Here's what this nasty winter has done.

But this is a cloche party, you say. Okay, for my winter cloche display, I give you...

my winter plant under a cloche!

  10. Sally, you are an original!! Laughing. The etched cloche is very pretty. I remember when you first showed a cloche and your statement that you didn't know what a cloche was until you blogged. Me too. I always thought those things were domes. I still think a 'cloche' is a dome. HA!

    Love your entry.
    Hugs, Jeanne

  13. Oh, I love your cloche with the beautiful etching on it and the plant is pretty under it, even if the weather has hurt it so bad. All that cold weather really does take a toll on our plants. Hope your plants thrives with the spring. Thanks so much for joining the party. This is so much fun. Hugs, Marty

  21. I finally came by to see what Blue Monday is actually about. I've always liked blue and think I have a lot of it. Recently, I joined PInk Saturday thinking I had few things with pink. Finding I have a lot. I hope I won't find the opposite when I try Blue Monday!! Anyway, enjoyed browsing on your blog and seeing the cloche party. Uh-oh. I've seen some pretty neat choche posts. I may be finding out about that next? Hope to see you Monday. Hope your plant makes it! Thanks, Jenn <><
