Mirror, Mirror, in My Hand

Shelia from Note Songs is having her first-ever Daring Darling Bathroom Beauty Snapping Divas Party! This new grandmother has once again thrown down the gauntlet!

It all began on August 3, 2008, when I became a Charter Member of the BBSers by publishing my snap here. Before that long-ago date, I had never THOUGHT about taking a picture of myself while looking into a mirror. Shelia dared Blogland to snap, snap away whenever we go into restaurant restrooms! I had no choice but to enter several restaurants and snap, snap away. (Did I mention that I was DARED?)

So here I am--stepping up to this new challenge; Shelia said that now we can use any mirror. So this time I've snapped a close-up. To show how brave I am, this was taken without any make-up!

Hey, at my age, you don't want to see anymore than this without extensive make-up.

See you on Blue Monday!

  2. Sheila's bathroom snapping was one of the first things I saw in Blogland long before I ever posted myself--never thought I'd be taking the dare too! Fun--and I loved your first one too!

  11. Ha, well at my age I dare not show my mouth open--so what does that tell you girlie!! AH well!!! I didn't even like myself with my glasses off in the photos I tried shoooooting, because my eyes looked old and baggy! So maybe it isn't bad to have to wear bifocals???
