~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today is a good day to be Irish! I have some Irish blood in me, so I searched high and low to find some Blue for this special day of green. Maxine's hair is the right color! Is any part of you Irish?
For some more Blue, I'll share these pictures taken this past week of "The Twins." (Both Johnny and I are twins.)
Here's a picture of me and my twin brother, Binky. His real name is Vincent, but the poor man has had to live all his life with that nickname! He put on a Blue shirt just for Blue Monday. That chair is a Blue print.
Here's my brother again with his wife, Rose. Notice the Blue couch and the Blue items on their coffee table.
Here's Johnny with his identical twin. Johnny has a Blue stripe in his shirt to go with his Blue pants, and Guy is wearing a Navy Blue suit and tie.
Do you have any twins in your family?
Happy Blue Monday!
  3. Oh goodness, I forgot to add my cousins Marla and Darla were twins and it is a lie that twins skip a generation because my middle brother and his wife had twins, but they passed away at birth. It was during the 1970's and they did not have the technology they have today! My daughter Rebekah's beau is a twin with a sister just like him! LOL! My daughter Noelle has two friends with twins. Her friend Mary, from Ireland, said when the boys were born, their sister Kirsten was two and she could tell them apart by their cry! I always thought how amazing that was! Her friend Crystal has twin boys and when she was a lil girl she had brilliant red hair. Those boys are their mama's sons! Love that you are twins all around in your phamily.
  13. Binky does not sound bad to me. It's cute :) You all look great. The Irish lady reminds me of a tea room owner here in Bangkok. Her hair is blue, like seriously gorgeous blue!
  16. Fancy twin marrying twin. No twins at all in my family. I seem to have a lot of blue going on this week so I've made 2 entries - hope you don't mind. Happy Blue Monday and happy St Patricks Day.
  17. I don't know of any twins in our families. How great that must be. My sister married my husband's brother 12 years after we married, that is convenient since when we visit we get to see our siblings.
    No twins in our immediate family, but my first cousins' uncle and aunt have twin boys. I didn't know many twins for some reason. A friend of mine, though, had twin girls who weighed... eight pounds/five ounces and nine pounds/six ounces! My cousins' boy cousins were the biggest twins ever born in that hospital for years weighing something like ten pounds+ and twelve pounds+ each. Yikes!
  26. Sorry, I am late commenting, but had to help a neighbor out. As far as I know, there were no twins in our family. I think it is neat and especially when they have triplets etc. Each one made sure they had a touch blue.
  27. Last time I visited I did not see the comment selection, my mistake.
    Blue in clothing is the new black once again. As for twins, my mother had a twin sister... so it runs in the family, but skipped my generation. Ritva
    Have a good week Sally :-)
  34. No, no twins in our family although we put a bit opf hope in genes as my mother-in-law had been a twin and we hoped it might occur again. I like your twin photos, and what fun it must
    be sharing your similarities. Well done. I have two grandchildren whom I refer to as the twin cousins. Their names even rhyme, Jesse ( boy and Tessie( girl).They both resemble each other a bit and their behavious are similar at times. They are both very creative and independent
    children. both top students in school. Blue Monday is an enticing stop of which I had not visited for a while. I shall try to stop by weekly. Thank you for hosting this lovely wekly meme.
