Rooster Party!



Barb of Bella Vista, is having a Show Us Your Roosters Party today. I love parties, so I want to participate.

Now, I heard that ALL bloggers had apothecary jars and cloches, so I bought an apothecary jar and a cloche. Then I heard that all bloggers had white birds from the T-store, so I bought some of those birds. However ... dare I admit it ... I do not have anything with a rooster, chicken, or even an egg on it! So I came up with these. I hope no one notices that I'm a bit (ahem) different.

    I love these cartoons. i have to tell you once, a long time ago, when a lot of us bloggers were on Rate My Space. We all started ...well, on second thought, I think I will add this story to my rooster post so....come over after while and read it.

    Finally, I found someone who did not have a rooster just like me, LOL! But since I am a shopper, I went out to buy some, sort of buying a new outfit for a party. Love your creativity, Sally, it's definitely cheaper than mine....Christine

    Those are awesome! I wish I had chickens, although our neighbor's chickens often come over and leave eggs in the shed for us. :)

    I'm not into roosters at all. I see them everywhere and know people with their kitchens decorated with them. I don't know why!

    I don't have a cloche, white birds, or rooster. The one I showed for blue monday a few weeks ago is actually at my mom's house. I must be a bloggy loser.
    But, I have an etsy shop, and a lot of bloggers have those!

    The picture was neat and the joke made me laugh! However, I've been seeing this "rooster" thing on many sites and to tell the truth, I thought it was for real roosters and not stuff with roosters on them. I thought it was funny so many women lived on a farm.
