~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Two of my seven (yes, seven!) grandchildren came to visit Johnny and me this past week during their Spring Break. They went to the beach and bought these T-shirts.
Zachary's T-shirt is
blue, and Ara's is purple, a cousin of
blue, with some of her lettering in
blue!
They're a bit difficult to read. They say, " Spring Break, 2011, Clearwater Beach."
Zachary, 18, attends University of Florida and Ara, 16, attends Santa Fe Community College.
Remember when this time was called "Easter vacation"?
Happy Blue Monday!
Hi Sally, I came by to say hello and to see if you posted about St. Patrick's Day. I do miss your visits Sally. I miss visiting your posts as well. You became a pleasant part of my day and I have a hard time getting out of the habit of visiting back and forth. Anyway, I understand why you have slowed down because it takes hours of our time to blog. I don't have time to even read that I love so much. However, I do love blogging and will keep going with journaling things I love to write about.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day my dear blogging friend.
Love, Jeanne
Those are some mighty cute grands, Sally! So glad they got in a good visit with you. What fun! :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd speaking of fun, I'm wishing you a very Happy St. Patrick's Day. Have missed you much.
XO,
Sheila :-)
Yup, it used to be called 'Easter Vacation', just like 'the holidays' used to be called 'Christmas'. I say, call it what it is!
ReplyDeleteI have popped over from LV's blog. She mention there was a birthday girl in cyber space. So I have hopped on over to wish you a very Blessed Birthday. It appears to be off to a grand start with the grandchildren visiting.
ReplyDeleteI have never done blue Monday. I must find some blue.
Blessings
