Sarasota, Florida, recently held its fifth annual Chalk Festival. The theme this year is Circus City, USA. Five hundred artists came from all over the world to showcase their talent in 2D and 3D art. There was plenty of our color, Blue. (All of these pictures came from the internet.)

Wow ....some of them look amazing, wish I could have visited there.
ReplyDeleteHappy Blue Monday!!!! and thanks for hosting, love seeing the other blues.
What a sight that would be to see. It is hard to realize there are people that have that much talent and one like me can do nothing. No, Sally, in answer to your comment. I did not fly first class. Had to rake bottom of the barrel to fly at all. Fares are very high. I made that shot sitting in my seat looking toward the front of the plane.
ReplyDeleteI am always amazed at this kind of art. It's so realistic.
ReplyDeleteNice photos, paintings truly spectacular ...
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! They used to do something like this in Baltimore when I lived there, years ago. I loved to see the art, but was always sad when it was just washed away after a few days. All that work and creativity gone in a few seconds. Beautiful, though.
ReplyDeleteHappy Blue Monday, and have a wonderful week!
Have a similar event in Hudson Valley. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWow these paintings are amazing and look so real. It really DOES look like you could fall in!
