While out and about, my daughter, Debi, found this little Blue vase. She bought it for me.
She filled the vase and placed it into the Blue gift bag; she surprised me with it.
She filled the blue vase with tiny blue blooms from her plumbago bush.
There are some markings on the bottom of the vase, but I have no idea what they mean. Perhaps you might have a clue.
Here's a shot of the tiny Blue vase without the Blue blooms. It measures 2" high.
Happy Blue Monday!

Such a pretty share! I love that tiny vase. You are well loved. Have a great week.
I can't get Mister Linky to accept my link up but I can answer your question about the vase. It is made by Whitefish Pottery (obviously in 2014) in Whitefish, Montana. Whitefish is my mother's hometown and we were just there for a week in September. To see how beautiful this little town is, go to my link here: http://weareflyingnow.blogspot.com/2015/10/have-suitcase-will-travel.html
I'll try linking back later but Mr. Linky is being a pain.

It worked all of a sudden so I hope it didn't post more than once! :-)
A very pretty blue vase and flowers, Sally! The name on the bottom must be the potter's brand name and the year they made it. Happy Blue Monday!
Mr. Linky was wonky for me too, but finally worked. The vase is so sweet. Gotta love blue plumbago. Mine blooms almost year round. It freezes back in the winter, but other wise it is covered in blooms.
Thanks for hosting! Have a great week.
Beautiful blue pottery, Sally! Wishing you a great week!
I love the blue pottery
sooo cute blue vase :-)
Cute vase.
I love your pretty little blue-on-blue vase, Sally!
That was a very thoughtful gift, Sally. Enjoy it.
Thanks for hosting.
What a precious meme. I have never taken part in it before, but you now have a follower in me. You all that sponsor the memes are so kins and giving. I know it must take lots of your time. A plunge bush is a new one for me. It is beautiful. But...I am a lover of handmade pottery, and this piece is lovely. Took a pottery class in grad school I loved it so much, but I failed. The prof said I needed to give it up and stick with teaching :-)
That's great, Sally!
Sally, Thanks so much for hosting!!
Hugs,
Deb
How pretty and so sweet. I remember that bush from a long time ago.
My father had a green house and we were always visiting plant shops.
Thanks for the memories.
Have a great party.
I see the mystery is solved...Whitefish Montana. We visited there last summer, a beautiful spot. Love the vase and flowers.
Thanks for the name...Plumbago bush! I have one and see them everywhere but have only seen them in Florida. It's my favorite flower here. They bloom for such a long time and give such a whopping punch of blue!
Hi Sally, just wanted to let you know I am working on my Blue Monday post and it should be published very soon. I fell asleep last night and couldn't finish. Sigh.
The little vase and flowers are so pretty. What a thoughtful thing to do. Debi and so many people love you my dear friend. I am going to scroll down in a few minutes to see what I have missed.
Thank you for your comment on my PS post. I hope you are well.
Love,
Jeanne

Your blue motifes are different and nice !
Greetings from Germany
Hi Sally!
How cute is the vase! A nice gift from your daughter! And wonderfully, the delicate flowers of the bush. In Germany we also say "Bleiwurz plant" and it is a carnation.
Greetings from Northern Germany

I'm liking that blue vase very much and such a sweet daughter.

Hi Sally,
What a lovely little surprise gift! I really love plumbago too :-) I decided to process another photo of the little alpine flowers that I shared last week as everyone had loved them so much!
Have a great week,
Sarah
Lovely bush! Perfect blue blooms you have. Delights my day! Enjoy the week!
Beautiful blues. I do like the old fashioned Plumbago, but have no luck growing it for some reason.
