Blue Monday - Blue Pumpkin Revisited

Hello! It's Blue Monday! For complete instructions, just click here.

Leave a comment for me; I guarantee that I'll visit and leave one for you. Visit other Blue participants by clicking on their links and leaving comments.

Check back to make certain that you have visited all the Blue participants. If it's too much for one day, you can come back later in the week.

Make someone's day by wishing them a Happy Blue Monday!

You might remember last year when I painted a pumpkin light Blue with my leftover living room wall paint. I wrote about it here. This is how I displayed one of the painted Blue pumpkins last year.

Here's that same Blue pumpkin on the side table with his little Blue brother this year.

The cloche is engraved and that makes it more difficult to photograph.

The Blue of the pumpkins also match the Blue in the lamp.

Happy Blue Monday!

If a pumpkin can be orange, then why not blue too? ;)

I love such a play with the colors where they repeat themselves in other things ... whether in clothing or in the house - it's just beautiful and a challenge to create it.
Happy Blue Monday
and thanks for hosting :-)

Happy Blue Monday afternoon from a grey Melbourne... So I am pleased to have been cheered up with your novel take on Halloween with blue pumpkins! Very clever.

I'm getting the picture with you Sally that maybe nothing is safe, certainly if it comes into your house another colour it need not stay that way for long, with a bit of creative thought and some blue paint you can change it into your favourite colour - Good on you!!
Have a great week and thanks for hosting again.

Hi Sally, Yes, I am awake at this crazy hour. I slept the evening away on the couch while Bill watched the Red Socks beat St. Louis, so I decided to leave you a comment.

Your header is so pretty. I have always loved a Horn of Plenty. I displayed one my MIL gave my on my mantel this year. She painted it (ceramics) and did a great job.

Your sweet blue pumpkins look so pretty with the lamp in the background. The perfect vignette. The pale blue colors blend well together. Well done.

Happy Blue Monday my dear friend and thanks for hosting your 'Blue' as always.

Love, Jeanne
