What a great time for the celebration of Blue. Both NFL championship teams choose Blue as their color.
The Denver Broncos wore their Navy Blue helmets.
The Carolina Panthers wore their Silver and Blue helmets.
In addition, the color Blue was in their uniforms, gloves, socks, and shoes.
The 50th Super Bowl game was played in Levi's Stadium, San Francisco. Plenty of Blue in this shot.

An excellent blue tribute to the big game!
The helmets are cool but I stayed as far away from the TV yesterday as possible enjoying some time with my daughter while my husband and son enjoyed it in the family room.
Our Aussie Rules footballers don't wear helmets and protective equipment, Sally, and they look rather vulnerable in shorts and jerseys... However, we have plenty of teams with blue in their uniform.

I didn't have to watch this year, but was rooting in a small way for Carolina as that is the team my daughters family (who live in North Carolina) were backing. I did see a poster depicting referees with dark glasses tapping about with white and red tipped canes on a football field from my granddaughter.....so it appears she was a bit unhappy with the calls but all in great fun!

The footy with the bridge backdrop looks awesome.
Not a big fan of football but we watch every superball game and have fun
as a family. I didn't think the half time game or the commercials were as good as years past though. Happy for Peyton though, he seems like a great guy!
