Follow the Leader

If parents' prayers for their children were answered "yes," this would be a good idea as long as all pastors were worthy. Hm, maybe we'd better pray that they follow Christ.

Spiritual Sundays are hosted by gracious Ginger and charming Charlotte. To visit other participants, click here.

See you tomorrow for Blue Monday!

Too often we forget that there is someone looking to us for guidance and clinging to every word we say or even worse every action we take. We all need to try to remember to set better examples.
Thanks for the reminder.
Have a Bless Sunday Dear Sally.

Hi, Sally... I always love to read your posts.

I had thought I would be back by tomorrow for Blue Monday, but I'm having "issues" with my laptop. So it might be next week. :-( Missing all of you...

XO,

Sheila (who has stolen Mr. Magpie's computer for a few moments)

This is a great cartoon. Yes our spiritual leaders have great responsiblity...and so do we all as called children of God! For we are all called to be proclaiming the gospel and loving one another.

Sweet post this morning!

You asked what a blogging editor is - just do a google search for "blog editor" and quite a few will pop up. I use Scribe Fire now. It is much easier to use that the blogger editor and doesn't go all coo-coo on you when you publish to the web.

We are all leaders ----to those little ones around us. Sometimes we forget that, don't we???? Parents need to set a good example. Some do and some don't.

Hugs,
Betsy

Hi Sally, as always you pick the best message by way of a cartoon.

I'm glad you like the comment section now that you don't have to verify the letters. Me too. I hated that part of blogging. Beverly and Dana, took theirs off too.

Have a great Sunday.

Hugs...Jeanne

Cute cartoon. There are many worthy pastors to follow but many that it would be best not to. You're right. You can't go wrong by following Christ.
Blessings,
Charlotte

I just realized I ended that sentence with "to". I don't think that is correct. lol

I had to learn to think critically and study scriptures and not follow blindly.

I often wonder what you are posting every Sunday because your posts may only be a cartoon and a short written post but the message it delivers? Sharp! It sticks with me. Children are very observant and are quick to follow. May we be like that toward our Leader! God bless.

I've often told my daughter that people will disappoint her--even those she thinks won't.

Good one Sally. It makes me feel like the 3 years of Moms In Touch prayer leadership for my boys schools will be rewarded eternally. Boy, do we pour some love and prayers into our children.

Have a great night.
