Blue Monday - The Freeze Family

It's Blue Monday! To participate:

2. Drag the Blue Monday button from here, and place it on your blog. Place another one on your sidebar.

3. Return here after midnight when Mr. Linky will be up, and leave your name and your URL. Do NOT link in until after your post is up. Please remember to leave a comment for me.

4. Visit other Blue participants by clicking on their links. Make someone's day; leave a comment.

5. Check back later to make certain you visit all the Blue participants.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let me introduce you to the Freeze Family. My daughter-in-law used to have an annual House of Lloyds Christmas Around the World party (much like a Tupperware party), and I bought the family there. Unfortunately, House of Lloyds went out of business some years ago, so my collection is even more precious.
Mr. and Mrs. Freeze are getting prepared for Christmas. She has a tree ready for placement, and he has a broom to sweep the sidewalk clean. But where's the blue, you say? Ah... let's find Junior.
Here he is--all dressed up in his blue overalls and his matching blue cap. He thinks he going sledding, but since he lives in Florida, I think he'll need to use a great deal of imagination!
I wish for you a Freeze Family Friendly Christmas!
Love the Freeze Family! Cute, Cute, Cute!
Hopefully we will get some snow this month.
Maybe Junior should try some "surf sledding" instead there in Florida!
Freeze Family is very cute, they should be here with me, it's 7 degrees! Of course, Claudie beats that!
Sally and all Blue Monday participants, just FYI, if you are linking correctly from your post to Sally's post, the title of your post should show up at the bottom of the comments where it says, Links to this Post.
If it isn't there, then you didn't use the permalink, you used the base URL.
Using the permalink gives both Sally and you a higher Technorati status.
I just used the base URL I didn't use the permalink like Elizabeth suggested. I guess I am unfamiliar with that. However, your little Freeze family is adorable! Happy Blue Monday! ~ Robyn
How do you do to the Freeze family! A nice touch of blue! Yes, we who live in warmer climes like Florida (and Pretoria) have to work hard to remind everyone else that Christmas does not necessarily mean snow!
Sallie - I apologize. I accidentally entered my name and site twice. With that being said your snowman and snowlady are sooooo cute. You are going to have to take them some place cold - like Pennsylvania. Your banner is beautiful. Happy Blue Monday.
I apologize in advance if I'm lax abotu responding to correspondence or comments. It's shaping up to be one of those weeks. (Witness the lateness of my link this week!). But I'll get to as many as I can, I swear!
Today, I wax poetic. 'Cept it's somebody else's poetry. I just took the picture.
You sure you wouldn't like some of the real weather that creates snowmen? We northerners would gladly share!
I loved House of Lloyds. One of my nativities is from that company.
Happy Blue Monday!
Good morning Miss Sally! Please keep the Freeze family inside with the air conditioning cranked up, I'd hate to see them sweat, it could be very hazardous to their health. I love snow people!
Oh, they are cute. And you were so right about the Amish and the electricity thing. Also, all of the ads show an Amish man or people, and Amish do not want to have their pictures taken. Odd.
Hello! I did indeed coax the little Bluejay to flutter about my page...and it was kind enough to carry your link :)
