Blue Monday -Blue and White Vase

It's Blue Monday! To participate:

1. Post about something blue on your blog. It can be pretty, ugly, funny, old, or new as long as it's blue. Leave a link to this blog on your post.

2. Please place the Blue Monday button on the top of your post so that people can easily spot it.

3. Mr. Linky will be up after midnight. Return here and link in with Mr. Linky by leaving your name and the Permalink to your post. To create a Permalink, click on your Blue Monday post title and copy all the stuff in the http window. It is a longer address so that people can find your post even later in the week--whenever they get a chance to visit.

4. Try to visit other Blue participants by clicking on their links. Have fun with this! Meet new friends by returning visits. Make someone's day; leave a comment. Please remember to leave me a comment. Would you believe that some forget?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm continuing my every other week showing of my blue and white items that I've collected. I'm almost finished. When I display the last item, I'll show you the whole bunch all at once.
This is a blue and white vase I picked up one day. I like the shape of it.
I keep it in the china cabinet until we move.
Happy Blue Monday!
Good morning Sally. We arrived home LATE last night and I was too tird to do a post. I am working on something now.
We brought Cheri' home and she is a bundles of energy this AM. LOL. I am downloading a photo now.
I love your beautiful vase. I love collecting things that make me happy. At the moment the only thing I am collecting is doggy toys. HA!
Oh, I did buy a ceramic turkey from Cracker Barrel yesterday on our way home. Beautiful.
Check my blog later today.
Hugs, Jeanne
Hi,
I forgot to answer your question about Rockport. I wouldn't be surprised if Rockport shoes were named after this little town but I doubt they originated there. I didn't see any manufacturing places there. It seemed like just a tourist place. Maybe they originated in Boston or some place close to Rockport. I like those Rockport shoes.
Blue has always been my favorite color. I like all shades of blue but I think maybe the color of this vase is my favorite. I think. Maybe.
I just saw a small accent lamp with a shade that looked like this pattern. Of course I was drawn to it, but it was the only one and had a large chip on one side. If the store had offered a discount, I may have bought it with the chip but their attitude cost them a sale.
The only reason I didn't link my post yesterday to Blue Monday was that I knew I wouldn't have time to read and post to the other participants. I feel guilty when that happens. :( The next few weeks are going to be hectic, but hopefully, despite the holidays, a new "normal" will settle in and I'll have posting and reading time again.
Thanks for stopping by. :)
