Blue Monday - The Eyes Have It

Hello! Welcome to Blue Monday! For complete instructions, just click here.

Please leave a comment for me; I guarantee that I'll visit and leave one for you. Visit other Blue participants by clicking on their links and leaving comments. If it's too much for one day, come back later in the week. Make someone's day when you wish them a Happy Blue Monday!

Today my thoughts and prayers go out to France.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My Blue today is the artwork of Tal Peleg, an Israeli makeup artist who is known for her talent with details. Inspired by movies, fairy-tales and even cultural movements, you can see the story in these eyes!
The only products used are liquid eyeshadow and eyeliner, but she is also using smattering of pearls, glitter and stars. Her work got her global acclaim, and got this sphere of art at the same level as nail art. Enjoy the precise applications and the dramatic effects. (source)
Elsa and Anna from "Frozen."
Remember the fairy tale, "The Princess and the Pea." Poor thing cannot sleep with such a lumpy bed!
Such creativity! Cry me a river.
This is my favorite. I imagine it's the cute ducklings that got to me.
Sushi
Counting sheep. I like the sparkle spilling into the eyebrow.
Swan
Cat lovers
Romantic hippos
Cinderella. Notice the tiny glass slipper.
I can't imagine how many hours it takes to create this artwork!
Happy Blue Monday!
Hi Sally, It is late but i wanted to get this posted before my day tomorrow gets too busy. I hope you like it as much as I did.
The eyes have it!!! I love this post. I think I liked the swan eye best but they are all so much fun as well as very clever. The eyes are a work of art.
Thank you for calling us. That was so kind and meant a lot. This Paris attack has been a nightmare. I pray this will be a wake up call for the world. Our President is doing nothing and he is getting slammed from everywhere. Doesn't say much for the strength of our political power. We are weak and it shows. So sad.
I hope all is well my dear friend.
Love,
Jeanne
This is what I absolutely love about blogging, when you come across something like Tal's artwork that you would have never found on your own - how very creative and lovely. I would love to see their full faces Thanks Sally!
Loving the blue eyes all made up. My grand daughter does this sort of thing occasionally but not professionally. It's a real talent.
