What Do Green Hands Make?

Ann from Anne Fannie's Green Acres sent me this package. She's an Italian Blogging Buddy who lives in California. You know I LOVE Italians; after all, I married one! You've heard of people who have a green thumb. Go to her blog, and you'll soon discover that she has a green hand. What a garden! In addition, she is quite a creative lady.

Inside was some blue tissue with this cute little bag. Look at the hand printed tag. That's an exact drawing of how I look. Yep, that young. That thin. That stylish. And, I have a blue dress like that too. (sigh)

The back of the tag has the sweetest message, "To Sally. From Ann. Thank you for Blue Mondays!"

Inside the package is the beautiful handmade blue and white mosaic tile star with a blue satin ribbon attached. Oh, you know that's going on my Christmas tree! And, when the tree comes down, I'll wrap it in its blue tissue to save for all my future Christmas trees. Hmm, I wonder how Ann knew that I'd like blue?

Thank you, Ann for being so generous. I will treasure this ornament for many years to come.

Hello Sally!

Oh what a lucky gal you are! Yes Ann is a "two" green handed gardener & talented woman! She can do anything she sets her heart to. She is a dear friend of mine and I adore her to pieces. Sally, you really don't need to put the blue mosaic star away after Christmas because it will look pretty in your home year round. She made me a heart ornament and I keep it out all the time. Anyhoo, enjoy your sweet treasures from Ann and have a wonderful day!

Hugs,
Maryjane
